After the split, the 3 divisions will then be reformed as 4 groups of 6/6/7/7 teams for one more round of matches.

The first group will form the Super League and will carry forward their pre-split points.

The second group will form Play-off Group 1.

The third group will form Play-off Group 2.  

The fourth group will play for the Consolation Trophy.
